Weddings in St. Martin: take your vows looking out over the Caribbean
If you are inviting a large number of guests for a destination wedding on St. Martin, Grand Case Beach Club features what must be the most unique and special place to hold a wedding on the island: a promontory overlooking the Caribbean.
If you have a large wedding party, the promontory is perfect for the ceremony itself or as a venue for the reception. The promontory has a pavilion where we can set up tables and a dance floor for your reception.

St. Martin Visas, Currency, and Wedding Paperwork
Most couples planning a wedding on St. Martin will have a civil service in their home country before they arrive, and then have a formal ceremony here.
Tying the knot before you arrive avoids much of thepaperwork required to get married on both the French and Dutch sides of the island.
Registering your marriage on St. Martin
If you choose to perform your civil service here and officially register your marriage after you arrive, at least one person must be a resident of the Collectivity of Saint Martin (the French side of the island). Getting officially married here is a lengthy process that requires a great deal of planning.

Wedding officiate on St. Martin
Grand Case Beach Club would be delighted to provide you with a list of ministers, priests and civil servants who may act as your wedding officiate, either for a formal or civil (official) wedding ceremony.
Currency: Do I need dollars, euros, or guilders?
On St. Martin, the French side of the island (our side of the island) we accept US dollars and euros. On Sint Maarten, the Dutch side of the island, they accept three currencies: dollars, euros and guilders.
How to Get to St. Martin
Our island is serviced by most of the world’s major airlines, so travel to St. Martin is a straightforward process. Award-winning Juliana International (SXM) is the largest airport on the island, and Grand Case Airport (CCE) is close to Grand Case Beach Club, leaving you more time to relax in your perfect Caribbean getaway. However, no matter where you’re coming from, you shouldn’t have a problem finding a flight to St. Martin. Read more about flights here.
