A recent CNN survey has ranked a St. Martin beach as one of the best in the world.
Long Bay Beach, on the western tip of St. Martin (on the Dutch side, so, technically speaking, it’s a Sint Maarten beach) has been named the “26th best beach in the world” by CNN.
According to CNN:
Long Bay is a gentle giant, one of the longest beaches on the island. Though luxury villas and one luxury hotel sit close to the sand, they’re unobtrusive.
There’s also a great snorkelling spot with a reef close by to Long Bay on St. Martin. The beach beat out Hawaii, Roatan, and even Bondi Beach in Australia.
We like to think that our beach in St. Martin here in Grand Case didn’t make the list because no one knows about it!
The beaches at our Caribbean resort are private and meant just for our guests. They have beautiful sugar sand, shallow water for wading in, and plenty of opportunities to go snorkeling out on the point, or try out SUP paddling and other watersports.
And if you ever get tired of our secluded beaches, the island of St. Martin has over thirty to choose from!
