Sample Itineraries

We want you to get the most out of your stay at the Grand Case Beach Club in St. Martin. A sample itinerary is a great way to get ideas when it comes to planning out your time here. With so many fantastic attractions, shopping and dining destinations and boating excursions, you want to be sure to hit all the highlights.

1 Day Itinerary

Go to the Butterfly Farm for the 9am opening so you can catch a butterfly or two being born.

Afterwards enjoy either a horse back ride on Gallion beach, our watersports would be happy to organize this for you or go and enjoy the rest of the morning learning about the history of our island at The Plantation. This is a replica of a small Plantation, showing the produce we used to grow and the processes we used to do. They have a small coffee harvest and roast and grind their own blend of coffee which is delicious.

Have lunch at one of the wonderful beach restaurants on Orient beach. Spend the afternoon there enjoy some jet skiing or paragliding, or walk lunch off by taking a leisurely stroll along the length of the beach or just kick back and watch the world go by.

Dinner at one of the fabulous restaurants in Grand Case.

3 Day Beach Exploration Itinerary

Day 1

Spend the morning on GCBC beach taking advantage of the free non motorized watersports or sit back and enjoy our beach service. Or book on the 2 hour guided snorkeling trip run by our watersports desk at Creole Rock.

Enjoy lunch at Sunset Café either on the beach or up in the restaurant

In the afternoon, go to Orient Beach to enjoy a livelier beach, perhaps enjoy some jet skiing or paragliding, or walk lunch off by taking a leisurely stroll along the length of the beach or just kick back at on of the beach bars there and watch the world go by.

Dinner at one of the wonderful restaurants in Grand Case.

Day 2

Spend the day Exploring some of the beaches on the island.

Start first at Baie Rouge, snorkeling around the northern rocks through the rock arch to a small secluded beach.
Enjoy lunch at Raymond’s, one of the lolo’s found on Baie Rouge, his Pina Coladas are excellent.

After lunch drive off to Baie aux Prunes and enjoy a dip in the sea, before going and checking out Baie Longe. Both are very beautiful and very quiet beaches. There is no drinks service so be sure to buy some take away water from Raymond’s.

Late afternoon drive down to Maho and the Sunset Beach Bar, if you get there early enough you may see some of the large planes land or take off. Enjoy and excellent Sunset there, perhaps you will see a green flash and listen to some live music.

Day 3

A day of ultimate relaxation, head to the Islet of Pinel. Take the 5 minute small fishing boat service over to Pinel from Cul de Sac at $US 7.00 per adult round trip.
Spend your day lounging in beach chairs or snorkeling or explore the island, there is a quiet beach at the back of Pinel that virtually no one goes to.
For the best lobster on the island, we recommend Karibuni on Pinel for lunch, it is just delicious and you can’t get lobster much fresher. They don’t take credit cards so be sure to bring plenty of cash.

After an afternoon siesta (you’ll need it after a day in Pinel, it is surprising how exhausting relaxing can be), head down to Grand Case for some dinner and depending on what day it is maybe some live music and dancing.

3 Day Adventure Itinerary

Day 1

Go shopping, enjoy wandering around Marigot in the morning, including the market. Perhaps walk up to the Fort to take some beautiful pictures of Marigot, the marina and Anguilla.

Enjoy lunch at one of the wonderful waterfront restaurants at Marina Royal in Marigot e.g. Tropicana.

Drive over to Philipsburg for more shopping in the afternoon. Enjoy a drink along the board walk at sunset.

In the evening head over to Maho for dinner and to try to win back some of the money you spent shopping at one of the Casinos. If you still have some energy left burn it off dancing the night away at Bliss or the Q Club for the modern scene or at Sopranos for a more traditional and jazz scene.

Day 2

In the morning book on the 2 hour guided snorkeling trip run by our watersports desk at Creole Rock. Or spend the morning on GCBC beach taking advantage of the free non motorized watersports or if the previous night was bigger than you expected, sit back and enjoy our beach service.

In the afternoon head over to Loterie Farm at Pic Paradis and sail through the trees on the zip lines there or spend the afternoon hiking up the trails to the peak of Pic Paradis for some stunning views.
Hidden Forest Café at Loterie Farm is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner.

Dinner in Grand Case

Day 3

Go on a day’s boat excursion to explore one of the other islands. You can choose from St Barths, Anguilla, Pinel, Tintemare or Prickly Pear. There is a variety of different places to go and several different boating options, see our watersports desk a few days before to go through all the options and find the one that suits you the best.

After a great day at sea, you may not want to stray too far, enjoy dinner at Sunset Café or order room service and enjoy a quiet dinner on your balcony.
