St. Martin beach resort rates at Grand Case Beach Club

A combined 15% charge for municipal room tax and service charge is not included in the rates above.
Children 12 and under stay free with parents. Rates include daily continental breakfast, non motorized water-sports, chaise lounges at beach and swimming pool, day & night tennis.
The two bedroom rate is based on up to four persons, fifth and six person in two bedrooms accommodation add $35.00 daily per person.
Low season: 1 night booking deposit, refundable if cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
High season: 3 nights booking deposit, refundabale if cancellation occurs more than 21 days prior to the arrival date.
In order to avoid a cancellation penalty, notice of cancellation must be received by the hotel as indicated above.

Our Hurricane policy will be in effect once the U.S. National Hurricane Weather Center (or a weather advisory from a recognized nation) has issued an official Hurricane warning for the destination or the gateway airports that clients are travelling from/to. The policy is in effect for Hurricanes only, not for lesser impacting storm like a Tropical storm.
IN HOUSE GUESTS DEPARTING EARLY: Guests who choose to depart early from the destination will not be billed for the unused nights.
GUESTS SCHEDULED BUT UNABLE TO DEPART: Guests who are unable to depart due to airport closures will be offered distressed rates to be defined and to be paid directly at the hotel. Should guests need to be evacuated to shelters, these nights will be offered on a complimentary basis.
GUESTS SCHEDULED BUT UNABLE TO ARRIVE: Guests who are unable to arrive due to cancellation of flights or airport closure will be able to arrive on a later date with the following options:
GUESTS CHOOSING TO RESCHEDULE: Hotel will honor the current rates, in the same rate period, up to just prior to Christmas during the same calendar year based upon availability. In no case will these dates include Christmas Eve, Christmas or any time between Christmas and New Year's Day. Additionally, guests wishing to rebook in the next calendar year will be able to rebook at the same rates of their original reservation.
